Question: A Sonnet !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. some may say !?

A young priest should…
when ever possible, determine,
why he lives a lie
why he exists to speak this lie…
after the killing of the homosexual,
who’s brain, tongue and heart
must not be damaged,
he lifts them from the
body and sends them to
a special place
for storage in a
golden vat filled with
blessed waters……

This
vat
of sancity
seals the truth
of your
gay
brother!.

Wow, that was so not a sonnet!. I think the only people who would say it is, don't know what a sonnet is!.

However, it is interesting!. It's not a poem yet, but it's interesting!.

The reason I say it's not a poem, is because it's not cohesive enough!. You have a wonderful idea, with this priest who kills homosexuals and then places there organs in this special place, but this sounds like the outline of a short story, not a poem at all!.

Which may be how you want to take this!. If you want to tell us a story, write a story!. But poetry is about painting an image (or at least, the type of poetry you've written, which is free form!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

This has me looking for all sorts of meanings and hints where, possibly, there are none!. It has me thinking though, and that's good!.
