Question: How does one post without getting ripped off!?

I have a lot of things I've written that I'd like to share and get feedback on, but I'm afraid that someone will plagiarize me!. Is there any way to write publicly (under pseudonym) and guard against plagiarism!? I also have some lyrics I like to get together with someone and write some music to!. use poorman copyright !. mail things you write to yourself!.
your local post office is aware of how to do this !. once it comes to you
dont open it , this holds up in court!. best way known to man

As regards the poetry, post (email) copies to yourself so that they're dated before you post them elsewhere!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
