HELP! What is this poem?!?

Question: HELP! What is this poem!?!!?

In english class, we read this poem out loud to a beat and its stuck in my head, but i forgot some of the words!. It has two stanzas and kind of goes like this:

Silent
Like steps of passing ghosts
The leaves
Drop down
Break from the trees
And fall

Listen

(then there is more lines, and the end of the poem says) :
