Lips twitch upwards,
Parting to reveal pearl white teeth!.
A twinkle appears in her eyes,
An ecstatic laugh follows!.
Everyone joins in, they become one!.
Her laughter stops,
The room is still again!.

It's actually very deep when you stop to think about it!. It is very vivid and one can picture and feel the room and the laughter when reading this!. I think it is very good!. the only thing that throws me is the word twitch!. I think I'd try to find a different word!.!.!.!.!.quiver, maybe!? but that changes the feel of the smile!.!.!.well, how about the title being part of the point you're trying to make!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

It might mean a lot to you, so it is good that you are writing!. But the poem does not show your personality as it uses some very common phrases!. 'Parting to reveal', 'pearl white teeth', 'a twinkle appears in her eyes', 'ecstatic laugh'!.!.all of these are 'old!.''
I'm sure you can make poem much more meaningful by replacing these with some phrases of your own!.

I like it!. It made me imagine a gorgeous girl smiling and laughing with a warm aura about her!.

As for the name, I'm not so sure!. How about the name of the girl that was described in the poem!? Www@QuestionHome@Com
