In timeless consequence, we are
Connected metronomically—
Our footsteps echo vibrant pulse
In this our dance, most intimate!.
Alone on crowded city streets,
We walk together, leaning in
Until our bodies merge as one—
An eight- limbed diety are we,
Immortal and impervious

Now that was cool! I generally don't care for Love poems, but that was good!. The "An eight- limbed diety are we," give me a chill, and that uneasy feeling "I wish I'd wrote that line" creeps through my mind!.
