Sitting, wishing, waiting, hoping
Trying to find semblance in the world
It’s a struggle day to day
How people can make you fray
You search for answers, yes or no
Can it be there is no purpose
Should you trust God or hand it to fate
Your eyes are spinning its such a debate
Tears stream down, hot on your cheeks
Its all so confusing to your being
Why should you live
Why try to give
Unless you give in to the slice of the knife
Or pick up a gun and hold it to your head
You can pop pills like pieces of candy
Isnt that noose looking dandy
Asking why!? Can make you crazy
Thinking becomes a paradox
How can something so liberating
