OK so apparently some of my poetry is"dark" :P but I'm totally NOT!!! Like all I do is laugh and smile! I'm like the happiest person alive (I mean it to ^^) so is there any explanation to it!? I don't know whether to put this in psychology or poetry!. Here's an example of a dark poem I wrote!.
The last walk
A magnificent site I seen,
On a night so serene,
This mysterious man said hello to me,
“And just who might you be!?”
Elegance with every stride,
His face glowed with pride,
Black attire, from head to shoe,
To him, I ask, “Who are you!?”
A lengthy stroll we took,
But hands we never shook!.
The rhythm of our shoes,
So peaceful, began to fuse!.
My emotions grew erratic,
Yet he remained so mysteriously charismatic,
Luring me with his dignified demeanor,
“If I may ask, what is you name, kind sir!?”
In every direction was the dark of night,
Not a thing to see, even moonlight,
But I could hear the trees sway,
Although the wind was absent on this day!.
I began to gather thoughts from my head,
And wondered why the night was so dead,
On and on we walked,
On and on we talked!.
He gazed at me,
And stopped to say, “Can you see!?
“Do you want to know who I am, and what I do!?”
“Yes, who are you!?”
A small hourglass, in his hand,
At the bottom, gathered all the sand,
“You ask one thing of me,
