Question: Have you learned about "Stranger Danger"!?
Stranger Danger

stranger whose face I know so well
unopened book that I have read
touch never felt lingers on my skin
spoken words with no voice I heard

phantom floated into life's void
offering just a helping hand
yet reached down with sheer precision
like a surgeon ripped out my heart

walking in the dark's a dangerous thing
when stranger you encounter unaware
down empty streets of virtual reality
for you return to the void, sans heartWww@QuestionHome@Com

stranger whose face I know so well,
phantom floated into life's void,
walking in the dark's a dangerous thing
when you won't allow yourself

the face in the mirror!.

Forgive me if the interpretation is incorrect!. I can only imagine someone looking at themselves, walking with their thoughts in the dark, and realizing that they are afraid, so terribly afraid that what they are is not enough, that the heart must be paralyzed lest it feel again, or worse, not feel at all!. Oh Sue!.!.!.this is amazingly beautiful!.!.!.I can't say enough!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I never heard of stranger danger but I like the touch of the poem!. In a way I believe!.!.!.well this is my interpretation of it, its kinda of saying how a stranger could seem like an angel, in a sense that when life has got you down!. Someone will be there to guide, but it will be the wrong path!. "offering just a helping hand
yet reached down with sheer precision" It's also saying that this is a very dark and cold world, and as humans when we are vulnerable we can be just so naive!. thats what I think the ending stanza is saying!. As for the first has a unique touch its like, I seen this person before, but I never met or had the chance to know them!. Hope this was a pretty good observation of what you meant =)Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I were to relate stranger to whose face I know so well I can relate totally to this!. book unopened!. He committed suicide this month last year!. Funny this just so relates to what is on my mind today! Excellent as always A plus for you on this one lots of hidden meaning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When strolling, minding your own business!.!.!.reality, or the forest of fantasy!.!.!.keep your finger on the trigger and your clenched hand on that Louisville Slugger!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I see you !.!.!.!.tripping into the forest of Answers!.Yahoo with your picnic basket and little red hood!. You had no granny to warn you of the dangers of wolves and other low-life!. You lived to tell the tale but with lacerations and a torn heart!.!.!.!.!.now, granny says!.!.!.!.next time keep to the well-trodden path and make sure you've got your friends with you at all times!. It is not just strangers online but also could be a friend at home!. I try to give people a chance but I have learned the bad side of it!. The devil knows our weaknesses and he will like to use it against us but God says that when we are weak then he is strong!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

for you return to the void, sans heart

Cradled in the void, hands
open to hold
holding on to open
eyes open to all
all hands open to eyes to hold your heartWww@QuestionHome@Com
