Question: What do you think of my take on Poe!?
In style of Poe's Raven!. This is not meant to be a serious write!. Let me know what you think!. It is about a journey of one young man in search of coffee!.

Once upon a midnight dreary, as I pondered weak and wary
Over many a boring pages, of pressures, volumes and Boyle's law
While my mind became all hazy, and I felt I could turn lazy
I felt a glow of light emerge, of an incandescent tube
That was gently glowing then, atop my bolding head

Ah distinctly I remember, my sudden urge that bleak December
For a cup of fresh ground brew, without coffee what I'd do!?
Such idea filled me terror, felt I danger more than ever
As I stared into the cupboard, that held my golden powder
Deep into that darkness peering, worse then death that swept me feeling
Empty was the instant coffee, where it was, was nothing more

So I gazed into the darkness, and traversed one a chilly wildness
Of a windy, sleepy road, one that's to me only known
I felt a surge of glee as I found a sign that said, "Open enter please"
And I entered casually, into a store that I've never seen
But a lone forgotten dream, that no mortal ever dreamed
Forever of a store that works, whenever that I need

I asked a fellow working there, of an Indian name
"May I have your finest instant coffee please!?"
He muttered something, left and went, but soon he came back again
"There is no coffee left", he whispered under breath
Horrors spread my bones, but I managed to ask once more
"Will you have it soon, or no!?"
He merely muttered "Nevermore"

Very good! Thanks for sharing it!. Two suggestions: 1) combine the last two lines into one and drop the "merely," this will make the rhythm smoother!. 2) Wawa usually has good coffee and I've never know them to run out!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Poe's "The Raven" has been parodied often, and I must admit that yours is one of the best I've read!.

One suggestion, though!. I'd substitute 'nodding' for 'bolding' in the first stanza!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My cup runneth over!.
