EMPTY

A face in the mirror, a canvas to paint
This painter is haunted, and not by a saint
If feelings are colors, his colors have run
The artist resigns, for his portrait is done!.

He searches through hallways of untainted thought
The answers he gathers are not what he sought
A void looms inside, and it's blankness foreboding
Indifference has blossomed, and quickly encroaching!.

A prayer from the damned is like sand in the storm
The tempest devours the words as they're formed
He forfeits his soul with his canvas still virgin

3 1/2 years ago I was so tired of life and my tank had nothing left to give that I tried end it!. Since Then I have learned that it is never so dark or my tank so empty that friends and loved ones can't light my way or fill my tank!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
