My boyfriend's birthday is coming!. I wrote something for him!. Not sure whether it is qualified as a poem!. Any input!? Thank you!

Who has the magic wand
With a little grin turns time around
Filled my heart with innocence like a child
Surrounded me with a secure shield
Nothing worries me in a garden with joys
Celebrate today when it all starts
