Question: Did You Know Grandpa Cobra Passed Away!?
As we get older and the time gets near
To leave this world and ones so dear
What we have isn't ours to keep
When God decides to put us to sleep
What I have is left behind
For those I loved and those so kind
I haven't much but to be fair
There is enough for all to share
Enjoy this world for time is short
You don't know when you'll see Dr!. Mort
Love one another and be kind too
For once again I will see you
It is written, in Gods great plan
Once again we will see our fellow man
Thank you family and friends for the fun
Now MY turn has just begun
I tried and tried with all my might
And then I could no longer fight
The Angels came and in a blink
They took me as fast as a wink
I love you all!.!.!.!.!.
(His words left for us all as he knew his time was near)
Grandpa was ill the past week!. He truly enjoyed coming here, he knew many of you well and loved the things you wrote!. Poems, jokes, he found many topics of interest here and he shared what he knew!. He said he was still learning things from here and was glad he could help others!. He looked forward to his computer time in here!.
He passed away on Thursday evening and his memorial was today!. He was 93!. My Daughter Celine, his great grand daughter has taken his place now to carry on his tradition!.
He will be dearly missed!.
Rest in Peace Grandpa!.
