To me!.!.!.that the coal companies are yet not in compliance with regulatory conditions in their mines!. The miners, who for the main,
work in terrible conditions!.!.!.and their sons follow in their footsteps!.
Every year a mine disaster!.!.!.and on and on it goes!. "Not our fault!"
boasts the mine owners!. Rather resembling the government!.!.!.no!?
