Oh! Scrumptious day is in it’s start
Demanding one big sugar tart,
For geckos never get to share
Dining all upon flies hair!.

Dancing gecko in the Sun
wants to have his slimy tongue
singing songs of such great fun,
to bite cat ears till day is done!.

Giggling leaves upon the trees
Looking down on such as these
Drop off to join festivities,
find that leaves just don’t have knees!.

Now cats chase geckos, kneeless leaves,
hidden among some devlish sheaves
I’m sure I saw the Martian sprite
Who held Jellz’ hand all through my night!

I love the revelation that leaves cannot dance, since they don't have knees! I shan't be able to mention any 'leaves dancing in the breeze' in any of my future poems without suppressing a giggle!.

My dear Martian sprite
just woke me this night
Tossing with worry,
he nudged me, said "hurry"
"Get online, on the wire,
Look what you've started!.!.!.!.nonsensical fire!"

There in my mail box what did I see
Cynthia Scotkin left a poem for ME!
She wrote "It's Posted"
I thought, "I'm toasted"
On my screen did I see,
such delight meant for me

both sincere and absurd
You have captured the vibe
