I'm not that purity that i wish to be
I'm not that unicorn heart that you deserve
That innocence that you display
That sanctity that i wish to seek for you
That BLEMISH LESS love that i feel for you!.

Even if you don't realize graveness
OF my faults
(I know you wont

free verse covers a broad spectrum, virtually any style of writing can be called free verse I have learned!. So, yes, it is a poem!. Yes, it needs some work!.

The problem I encountered when reading this was your over use of the word "that" along with a lack of flow!. If I may take the first two lines as an example!.

You wrote;

"I'm not that purity that i wish to be
I'm not that unicorn heart that you deserve "

edit: I would suggest;

I'm not so pure, though I'd wish to be,
nor the unicorn heart you deserve!.

The meaning is the same, the flow is improved, and the reader can begin to assemble an image in their minds!. Honestly, without you, as the poet, appealing to my mind's eye,,, then all is lost in my opinion!.
