Question: This is what i remember - poem!?
Walking the streets
of old Detroit
where smoke and music
disappear through
each door
and into the night

Jazz pulls us in
and we listen
and watch
while the beboppers
nod
to the sound
of Chicago Pete
yea

Who strums his
guitar and holds it close
and knows it like his woman
while he strolls
down the isles
and closes his eyes
and trembles at the
Beat

I t's certainly a good start, I would like to read the rest too!. What is the audience doing!? Does the room have a long bar or large mirror!? Are they ladies in short skirts and men eyeing them!? Is there a drummer,!.!.!. is it a quartet with a horn solo!? Does anyone get kissed!? Do the women wear gaudy makeup and hair sliding down their shoulders!? What's Pete wearing, how about his shoes!? !.!.!. see there's lots to write!. (smile)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Old bones
Snapping to a beat
Tapping through the feet
Newest new already know
It's in the flow
Forming freely around
