Question: How important is short, to the point, punctuation in poetry!?
This was inspired by recent critique, of a poem by one of our foremost punctuators!. It raised the old arguement of comma placement!.
Commas Don't Let You Babies Grow Up Semi-colons

Comma, don’t let your babies
grow up semi-colons!.
Don’t make them full stop or go quoting and such
Apostrophes won’t satisfy them as much
Comma, this is exactly the point
they've been raised on!.
Let them exclaim,
question marking their name,
but it won’t be the same!.
You’re a Comma,…you’re a Comma,…you’re a Comma!
Comma…!.!.don’t let your babies…… grow up……
…… semi-colons!
