Question: I tried another Partenza Represa!. Is this poem less funerial now!?
Music!?
by Elaine Polin

I asked my Mum, can I play drums!?
Drums, said she, please try piano,
Piano is soft, won’t make me numb,
Numb will dumb my fine soprano!.

Soprano screeching in my ears,
Ears numb to music in the room,
The room, said Dad, too crowded here,
Hereafter to the track I’ll zoom!.

Zoom he did and came home with cash,
Cash he divided with his girls,
Girls, he shouted, next time I’ll mash
Mash the piano in your curls!.

It's okay, my last Partenza Represa they wanted in Africa!. You're doing all right!. But this, this is hysterical, coming from someone who studied piano and violin and failed miserably at both!. However, I didn't do that bad at soprano!.!.!.well, mezzo actually!. Wonderful and funny, definitely less funerial!. Thanks, Elaine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
