Question: My feeble Partenza Represa - does it meet the criteria!?
Our Neighbours (We've lived next door in a semi-detached house
For over 25 years!. During that time they have
spoken to us about five times!.!.!.!.!.each time
it was to complain about something! We have
never felt driven to initiate a conversation with them!)

Oy'd loike to murder me neighbours
Neighbours who've lived next door f'years!.
F'r years they've ignored ar' presence!.
Presents from them do not appear!

Them do not appear to loike we!.
We believe likewise in return!.
In return they just ignore me
Me! Off'rins of peace they just spurn

Spurn me and Oy gets angry, see!.
See - Oy'll get me revenge on them!.
Them'le be loike a humble bee
Humble before me - Oy condemn!.

Oy condemn them both to 'ades!.
A despicable pair they be!.
They be less pop'lar than herpes
Her peskiness just gets to me!.

To me they are a waste of space
Spaced-out is what they seem to be!.
To be rid of both, leave no trace!?
Trace fingerprints back!? Not to me!.

This is written in dialect because it enabled
me to cheat eg 'Them do not appear to like we'

Oy loike the dialect and your rendering of the partenza represa!. I also like how it allows you to take liberties and be creative with the refrains!. I was thrown a little with "!.!.!. 'hades/A despicable pair!.!.!.", and "!.!.!.herpes/Her peskiness!.!.!." but the more I read them the more they grew on me and I was able to enjoy the artistry of your word choices!.
A very fun and creative write!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If it's feeble, it's because it's laughed as hard and long as we all have!. I know this is not geographically possible, but I think I have the same neighbors; sometimes the phrase "it's a small world" is a cause for despair!.!.!. Wonderful dialect, wonderful light poem!. I don't mind sharing those neighbors with you if that means that we are neighbors too!. Best wishes Jill, and if you decide to do something about them, we'll all understand!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Herpes and Her peskiness is really clever, while I've no idea if this is in the rules, it does have me rolling on the floor in helpless laughter and cleaning my monitor screen of coffee yet again!!!
(a side question, did spell chick have a nervous fit when you posted!?, I hope so!.!.!.hee)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't have a clever enough response to that!. My family's giving me weird looks!. I shouldn't have tried to read that one out loud with people around!. My little one looks scared!.
Thank you Granny, you have made my day--hell, dat's good 'til prawlee necks week!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Interesting clear picture of annoying neighbor ! It meets my criteria, for Oy have the same type of neighbors, with one difference though I'm the one who wants to move out!.Well put!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love it in dialect!. Dialect isn't cheating!.

It is funny and correct and it rhymes and I expected no less from you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A cross between Benny Hill and Pam Ayres!. Hilarious GJ! "'ades" and "a despicable" brilliant run on!. This gets a DUDL rating from Jellz!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Clever and Delightful and Completely Grannyjill, my three favorite things about a poem!. The dialogue threw me a bit!.!.!.but that's okay, it was wonderful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
