It could be did you attain anything from it, Did it cause a euphoric sensation!.
Did you get the colored cloud's from buddha during this, Did it allow you to attain some sort of cosmic oneness with the universe if the answer is yes to any of these then it could be!.
It is hard to describe the effect's of meditation if you really are in the sensation of the moment it's something that words have little emphasis on it's more of a feeling that it leaves you with!.
Calmness, Enlightened, In a deep state of satisfaction of life's
blessings and the natural order of things that are and will be!.
