Question: My Poem: Writers Block!. Please review it!.!?

Why does the page stay blank
and stare at me
my pen does move
nor will it construct those elegant words again!.

The creativity has vanished
leaving behind a text of emptiness!.
My conscience is a blurr,
and is wandering through my mind without guidence!.

I can sit for hours,
days,
weeks,
with the white glare of the computer screen
shining into my eyes,
burning them, and forcing them to cry!.

I turn over the empty pages,
I look over the story unwritten,
and there is only one thing that I can say!.!.!.
the end!.

Our minds are like rivers of consciousness and occasionally the thoughts we want to uncover get caught in little eddies!.

I find the best cure is to get out and do something physical for a while and leave the problem alone!. Very often it comes free of its own accord!.

Worrying about it rarely helps!.

Age is irrelevant, it's what you do that counts!. Alexander was 15 when he ruled half the world!.

The poem needs work but don't sweat it!.

I liked the poem I thought that it was pretty deep, I still don't feel that the poem is over so I would add in another paragraph before your last one!. And yes it's ok that you have writer's block this is a common symptom for any writer regardless of their age!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think this poem is one of those poems that are meaningful and deep, but i do prefer poems that rhyme!. I just think their a little more enjoyable!. If you can take the meaning of that poem and add a rhymes it would truly be a work of art!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

That is a writers block U have described!. And yes it happens to every body!.The poem needs some work!. For a 15 yo, it is a good start!. keep on writing poems, when U have a writers block on stories!. Good luck!.

the poem has an interesting inspiration or theme!. It does need some editing, but that's not a huge deal!.
