Both are intended for the same audience of small children!. "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" is the first song many children hear!. It was thought that the melody could be put to educational use by teaching the alphabet--taking advantage of a pattern already established the way advertisements use old rock and roll songs to capture the attention of the aging baby boomer audience at whom the ads are often directed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Nice touch "stop singing and start answering"!. You did get me singing it in my head!.

It seems that if you look into it, the author of the song "borrowed" the tune from Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's one more song with the same tune, but I can't think of it right now!.
