What are the best outlets for my creative nature!? I like to write lyrics!.!.!.but I'm a long way from singing well (Mayer and Matthews are my idols)

<u>Finding Home</u>
As we laid our feet on the bamboo floor
Veins of trees caramel-brown, blossoms of our chore
Fingers curl on the clove shaped twisting grip
Swing the hinge to reveal, silky whites moon-lit
Pouring in though the sills not dripping at all
Sets the mood for a dream, spills into the hall
With the breeze of the bay, curtains move out and in
Synchronize with the waves, of the gentile ocean
Not a house, just a home
Someday both, I will own

Real as real, mind and soul
