Question: A simple verse in the "Carpe deim" tradition -- any thoughts on my afterthought!?
When morn's first glistening dew lies down to die
And sun's bold beacon draws the new day nigh
And merriment doth chase the night away
We should charge forth with zeal to seize the day!.

Run free and full unfettered through a field
Of golden dandelions that have kneeled
Beneath our child feet of yesterday,
Before the blush of springtime slipped away!.

Find love's completion in a full embrace
'Fore set of sun, when we have lost the race
And dusk's long shadows point the way we'll go --
To night time's beck'ning and the cawing crow!.

So while the sunlight dances on your face
And you have sight, and sound and sense of place,
Shed obligation, guilt, all loss and pain
And then, come out and play with me again!.
