It's from the old Universal Wolf Man movies from the 40s!. Originally it was quoted thus:

Even a man who is pure in heart
and says his prayers by night,
may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms
and the Autumn moon is bright!.

Obviously, they didn't want to restrict old Wolfie's forays to just one season of the year, so they changed it to 'full and bright' in later movies!. also, if memory serves, there was some flexibility to parts of it!. For example, 'pure in/at/of heart' and 'prayers by/at night', depending on who was delivering the lines!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would really call that poem but instead a really good rhyme, but good job!Www@QuestionHome@Com
