If your mind has not failed you by that time!.

I don't know , But I always read the directions BEFORE "all else fails"!.I also do the wondering BEFORE light bulb appears!.I think U R on the CON TRACK!. "Keep on tracking"Www@QuestionHome@Com

The bulb in question is actually a cold cathode bulb with a transformer built into the base!. Some people call it neon! Others call it light! Now make sure you read the directions when you install them else if you have a dimmer in the circuit, the bulbs will not work!. And then we would be right back to your nice Con-Verb!.
