Is there a piece missing that
renders the puzzle undone
an ingredient lacking which
leaves the taste untrue

is there an item lost that
breaks the perfect set
or a hole in the proverbial bucket
from which its contents seep

is there something that can't be found
when you spin about to look
that single thing that holds like glue
