picking armfuls of daisies, a portrait of youth!. Soldiers in uniform now march through the fields blood staining the little white flowers in bloom!. Girls in black dresses ____ through the fields __________________________________ I can't think of a graceful way to word the girls being part of the funerals for the soldiers, following the caskets or something!.
