THE WHITE MARE

She’d been ridden bareback before,
I don’t know why she was so skittish with me…
She used a tree, a fence, a silo,
trying to rub me off!.

I pulled away the rest of her tack
and grabbed her by the mane,
She had never been
without bit and bridle before!.

As she started to warm up to the idea
we walked, then trotted, then galloped!.
Before I knew it, we were flying!.
I seemed to float over her back,
And she ran like the wind…

I can't even float in a bathtub and I have to ride to the mail box to get a letter!.!.!.!. this is way to much excitement for me!. It's been 4 hours now; I think I need to consult a physician !.!.Do I need to do that in this condition if I didn't take the pill!?

I used to daydream of riding like that, across fields & meadows!. Unfortunately I was usually in school at the time!.
I would have loved to do it for real just once, but that time is long gone!.

My first ex's uncle raised thoroughbreds!. One of his mares, Piccadilly Commando, allowed me to be present when she foaled!. It was an experience watching the baby grow and develop!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
