Question: Any comments on my new 'secret love' poem!?

Holding

Sometimes I wonder
if you haven’t a clue,
that beyond being friends
I’m also in love with you!.
I pray for a day
when the light will dawn;
and become a reality,
that there is more
than a friendship
between you and me!.
But until then I must
keep a lock on my heart,
be your best friend
and hide this other part,
because
I love you enough
to continue to dream;
and hold on tight;
there will come a day
you will see me,

This is a cute poem
it talks about friendship
and or love!.
I say these two because
Two people start out as friends
then as it grows that could be love!.
Although the person may be playing hard to get
I am referring to the first 3 lines in your poem!.
I also see that the love has gone beyond friendship
I will say this poem is of secret love
also!.
You are in love with that person

it was!.!.!.somewhat appropriate for the very moment i looked at it!. though knocked me a little deeper into melancholy, but i can cope!.
