Question: Any comments on my poem!?
Travel
I travel far and wide
throughout the world to
sun lazily in aqua pools in Greece,
picnic by the the Eiffel Tower,
stroll white sand beaches on tropic isles,
fly over glacier packed mountaintops
green countrysides and floral valleys!.
In an instant I am transported to
exotic faraway landscapes
without ever leaving my own chair,
my soul free to experience things
it never can otherwise!.
Truly an amazing gift !. !. !. !.
being a part of the beauty world
through the eyes and lens of others
right here on my computer screen!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Going places near and far
You mentioned the eiffel tower
that is a view
A trip to Greece
up in the mountains
down in the valleys!.
This is so peaceful
but going allover the world
you can almost write a book

Great concept!. What if you take it even a step farther!? What if you describe your trip as if you were actually traveling along the electrical impulses of the internet!?
A click grabs my being-there is a rush of electric impulses - I am there!. I sun lazily !. !. !. click again - electric rush!. I picnic !. !.
and so on
something like that!.

I don't think that virtual travel really - will ever compare - to the real thing!. To see a sun drenched shore - when you have winter outside your door!. May look comforting - but it is not the real thing!. That feeling of warmth on your skin - and the vitamin D soaked in!. Nothing can compare!. ?
