When you are old by William Butler Yeats
WHEN you are old and gray and full of sleep
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;
How many loved your moments of glad grace,
And loved your beauty with love false or true;
But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face!.
And bending down beside the glowing bars,
Murmur, a little sadly, how love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead,

well i can, t remember the name, but it is something like "white Birds" if we were white birds out on the sea" by Yeats!. but the poems i can think of, "the Road to Mandalay" "Gunga DIn: how come nobody ever made the poem Gunga Din a rock opera!? there must be a million more but i can,t think of them, and there is "the Dance of the Elephant" , okay i own up to it, it is mine,the Dance of the Elephant, i have a few more, but than again, they would be my favorites, oh,here is one, the EARL King, is pretty good, Yeah, i like the EARL King, was someplace one time and some muscians put it to music, hope you put something together of all this, and unrambled these ramblings, i had this poem "When you are old" memorized at one time, but that was before i got old, it is a solid poem,Www@QuestionHome@Com
