Question: May I have a critique on this one, please!?
Have you noticed the signs!?
The world is changing,
And we're being distracted!.
Our eyes are being pulled away!.
Our senses are being lulled to sleep!.
We are being deprived, yet we are adjusting
To deprivation!.
Who's minding the store!?

Our government feeds us a diet of
Propaganda,
Paranoia,
With a chaser of fear and accusations!.
New Orleans lays in ruins!.
Someone drank Bourbon Street,
Then sold the empty bottle for Mardi Gras beads!.
Go figure!.
Who's minding the store!?

Who's minding the food!?
Can't eat this or that!.
When I'd rather eat healthy for a day,
Than be dead for a life!.
My cows are mad and my crops are killers!.
Who's minding the store!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

This poem portrays a truth much worse than the actual deprivation: WE ARE ADJUSTING to the deprivation!. That is the real problem!. Human beings are adaptable, but we must fight against the downward slide of civilization!. It is happening, people!. Some of us have used the sword, but it is time to remove the "s" from sword and use the power of the word!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Power, pure power! Try to get this printed in a national news paper or read on a national news show -- I don't know the means, but this is prescient!.

Great question - wish I had the answer!. Maybe some tainted food has to end up on some politician's plate - before something might be done!. Even that does not sound too promising!. ?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have no critique, this one is great, very very true!. We need to fight back!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
