Question: Who wrote that poem in "As Told By Ginger"!?

"As Told By Ginger" was a cartoon (more like an animated series) I came across as a kid and loved from the moment I first saw it!. There's one episode I still can't forget, named "And She Was Gone" after a poem written by the protagonist!. And now, years after, I'm trying to find out who actually wrote it!. That episode was written by Emily Kapnek, who also read the poem over the end credits!. I'd guess the poem was written by her as well!.
