That I like you

I confessed
That I think you’re the best
The best at telling jokes
The best at making me laugh
The best at making me blush
What if
I told you
That I want to kiss you
That I love looking at your soft lips
Imagining them on mine and your hands on my hips
What if
I told you
That when I see you I get this weird feeling
For which there is no healing
What if
I told you
That when I wake up I can’t wait to see you
I can’t wait for something stupid you will do
You are the cover to my book
The fishing line to my hook

This poem is incredible!. It conveyed what the heart filled with lust or passion, can conceal!. Many people have trouble telling the people they like how they feel about them!. You put it all out on the table and said the truth that all lovers (and want to be lovers) can relate to!.
Though this poem has short stanzas that I normally don't favor, this one bent back my convictions!.

There is more to life than boys and money!.
I would love to hear about other things, honey!.
Write about turtles,
grass,
your boredom!.
Give me something I haven't read yet, chum!.
Why do they always have to rhyme!?
Try just your thoughts in a nice flow, sometime!.
Think about life and meaningful things,
jot those down and watch them grow wings!.
Not just boys and the ocean or trees,
try unusual things, bees, fleas or canopies!.
