It has more than one stanza
All the stanzas have the same metre and rhyming scheme
Every line rhymes with at least one other line in the same stanza!.

However I do not know if that is the style of Ode you are looking for, as there are a few different kinds!. The one above is known as the Horatian Ode

The poem Ode to the West Wind consists of five cantos written in terza rima!. Each canto consists of four tercets (ABA, BCB, CDC, DED) and a rhyming couplet (EE)!. The Ode is written in iambic pentameter!.

Terza Rima - an Italian pattern of rhymed triplets, interlocked by rhyme in this fashion: 1,2,1; 2,3,2; 4,3,4; 4,5,4; 5,6,5; with a final couplet, taking its rhyme sound from the termination of the middle line of the previous triplet!. This can be of any length!. In English it is usually written in five-foot iambic lines!.
