"As I walked out one evening" is his most famous, but if you need it to fit on 1 page then, "Musee de Beaux Arts": both deal with lost time, and the irrelevancy of love (As I walked out) and suffering (Musee)!.

In the first one, the lovers think love will last forever, it doesn't!.
In the second poem, society/people are oblivious to suffering (unless its their own)!. Even if we take time to stop and notice suffering, its only temporary!.!.!.!.!.
