Question: Do you like my poem, or does it suck!?
Eyes transfixed on the glass pane, we breathe in the concoction…
One day macabre, the next: downright hilarious!.
Their loyal companions: Louis Vuitton purses!.
Superficial creators of meaningless sellout verses!.
In a world unknown and not our own,
Would you rather drown than stand alone!?
Your poison of choice is the way to go!.
From head to toe, bleach-blonde hair to the floor,
They compel you to join their enticing game!.
Their aim to reclaim your envy!.
Deify the perfect plastic faces…oh, what miracles a knife can create!.
Producing an illusion of reality that we make a pilgrimage to see!.
Noses in the air; it’s a delicate balancing act,
A state where reality is deemed no longer intact!.

It's very good!. Is it about capitalism, meritocracy, 15 minutes of fame, wrong choices, and the like!?
I think it's saying that we don't really know what we want!. That we only want the pretty things we see without even really considering the consequences of our actions!.
"would you rather drown than stand alone"
I think this refers to conforming to what society wants us to desire; something like wanting what everybody else wants rather than being alone in wanting something else!. I don't really know!. I can't explain it accurately!. Good job, though!.
