Question: I'm not 100% sure!.!.!.any interpretations for this poem!?
"The Call of the Owl"

If ever an owl's melancholy plea
Passes through your ears,
Surely you do not mistake its cry
For being that of an animal
Other than an owl!.
Its undeniable drone,
Its solitary call!.
How loud must this cry become
Before anyone notices the sadness of the owl!?
If no one is around to hear its call,
Then it will simply fly away
In the hope of finding someone to listen to it!.
Its flight is a dangerous one,
For there are many obstacles that it must face
Along the way!.
It doesn't know if it will ever find a landing place,
Or if it will even find another!.
It will remain solitary,
Ignored by those who dismiss its want of comfort
As just another cry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The owl symbolizes humans!. We all want someone to listen to us when we are sad, but don't stop to listen to others!.

We also must face obstacles in our lives, such as finding a true "home" where we fit in, and finding our true love!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I totally agree with Audball!. We as people cry for help everyday weather we're looking for a place to call home, or we just want to be noticed or even wanted and other just continue to be bystanders and just pay no mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I can relate to the owl!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
