Question: Is this poem a science poem!?

i have to write a haiku for my science class, of course, about science!. im thinking this is kinda like a food chain thing so i wrote it!.!.!. but now im not so sure!. tell me if its about science or not!.

Yes, this could pass for a "science" poem!.!.!.your Haiku is not too bad, but I'd suggest you "not" give it a title (Haiku's don't really have titles) and do not capitalize the first word of each line (they don't do that either)!. One other item!.!.!."gone" is a good word!.!.!.but do you mean the small prey is gone, or that in a second the "frog" is gone!? If you mean the small prey, then you might want to consider another word!.!.!.maybe "gulp"!. However, since this is a Haiku, the last line is usually a parallel thought to the image set up in the first two lines!.!.!.so you could also say, "prey fears green hunter" or "prey knows the hunter"!.!.!.just a thought!.

Either way, as long as you avoid punctuation at the end of the line and don't capitalize the first letter of the first word of each line, you have a science poem in proper Haiku format!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
