Question: Poem - Chances (Feedback appreciated)!?
How many chances should one get!?
Who lives a life of constant yets -
Though striving still they find success -
Eludes their grasp with every slip!.
And looming like a shadow tall -
Stands regret over their fall -
To bid them not get up at all -
But stay down stricken full of awe!.
While those who with them willing danced -
Before the fall now stand askance -
And dare not offer but distance -
No proffered word just cold silence!.
For love to such must come in two -
When chances are but things to lose -
And when the chance they gave is through -
Then so is love, but is this true!?
For love that will abide all time -
Does not run away and hide -
Nor stay down where it fell and die -
But gets up still again and tries!.
And not just to resume the dance -
Alone, but with love hand in hand -
Seeks those who've fallen out of glance
And lifts them to another chance!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you've done an excellent job!. Not often do we see poems anymore that actually rhyme and sound good at the same time that aren't done by professionals!. Good job!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

what an awesome poem!! You should have it published!? Go to Windows Live search poetry & poetry contests ( every ten searches) part of money goes to nonprofit; picked red cross!. If you don't have Vista, try Yahoo!. But for certain subjects, I like Windows Better!. Got alot of INFO, BUT HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO GO OVER IT ALL!. KEEP ON WRITING!!!
