Sea Creatures:
Down here in the deep blue sea!

Plankton:
F is for Fire that burns down the whole town!.
U is for URANIUM!.!.!.BOMBS!
N is for No survivors when you're-

Plankton! Those things aren't what fun is all about!

Nah, I'm only kidding!. You could describe the person, their attributes in an accrostic, or you could do a narrative, a tale of a moment of your friendship that you enjoyed!. Surely you could creat lovely images by describing the things you love about your friend!. I personally recommend free form poetry for this, but you may have a better structured style!.
