I'm confused as to whether your rambling or making a poem!. I do to wish my mind had an off button!. Maybe going for walks, with like headphones and music thatsa good idea, also keeping yourself around people!. Your mind will process less deep thinking and concentrate on what your doing with themWww@QuestionHome@Com
