Spring Is In The Air

Inhale the fresh scent
Of jasmine in the morning
Mother earths perfume

Walking hidden trails
Discovering life in bloom
We walk hand in hand

A waterfall flows
Majestic, dancing freely
A rainbow appears

I can smell the earth
As the sun begins to shine
I take a deep breath

Loosens as nature rises
Awakening spring

The breath of spring warms
The chill winter has given
Giving life to all

Meadows recognize
The arrival that is spring
The welcome begins

Trees dress themselves with
Beautiful decorations
All in spring's honor

And even the grass
Stands tall during spring's entrance
Nobleman of earth

Then nature's maidens
Open their petals for him
