Question: Help With Writing Poetry Please!!!!!?

I need to write a poem for english class that includes symbolism, so what should i write about!? How can i incorporate symbolism!?

You want to write something that symbolizes something, right!? I suggest thinking of something you enjoy, listening to relaxing music, and (the word that I sometimes hate) brainstorm ways to symbolize it!. Then you just put it in a few lines!. The best thing about poetry is that if someone says all poetry has to ryhme, it shows that their vocabulary does not include, "free verse!." So unless you were specifically asked to have a ryhming poem, free-verse is easiest, although it sometimes helps to ryhme and have a set pattern of stanzas!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
