I would say yes, this is poetry, because poetry is the outlet of the soul and not everyone's souls can flow like Shakespeare!. The only thing I would do is add another "r" to "charred" and turn "cremate" into "cremation!." The fact that poetry comes from the soul does not mean that it can break the laws of grammar and spelling!. Thank you for this interesting little write!. Poetry is recording of thoughts with a little bit of flow to it!. In that way you could call anything poetry!. Personally I think its not so great but if you say it is poetry then it is poetry!.
