Within these moldy walls, I write down these lines!. My domain of raw decay, words fall slowly to the soil!. I've embraced my domain, am I still even human!? All around me are blind, smearing ashes of the glass!. A forest of ill begotten thoughts, and demons in my mind!. If this poem is 32 years old and from your earlier beginnings you were tormented terribly!. This is soul wrenching!. 1st verse!. I'm wondering if this prison is the prison of your mind or a real prison with walls!. Whatever, you embraced the tormenting prison rather than destroying the demons in your mind!. The blind smearing ashes of glass is something shattered or someone that can't even see!.The thoughts of leaving it all behind means giving up on life or could you mean stepping out of your thought patterns and changing!. However, I don't think that is what you meant!. Now, you ask is it good!. For a person to feel this way is torment!. But to ask have you expressed it well!? Yes! If I interpreted it correctly!. You decide!. PS The name of your poem is domain which means what you live in or you own your own territory!. Keep it as it is, even if I misinterpreted!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Well, the aspect of "good" is in the eye of the beholder!. I believe it to be good, yes!. It seems to have depth, and a certain "common sorrow" of many a poem, dealing with heavily loaded questions that none can seem to answer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com /agrees with Hayl, Trejon H, and especially Milliona! (personal opinion here) I do not feel it is in need of any rewrite!. Stand alone exceptional poetry rarely does, this is what this is and certainly spoke out!. It sounds like the person whom wrote this was suffering on the inside and want someone to connect and feel what he/she feels!.
