Ok here's the poem:

O his hammer has lost its head
all else lies shattered in its stead

What wood there was for building
has gone the way of mourning

The carpenter no longer sings

-now what i think about this is that a person has lost someone who he values so much that everything became purposeless!.!.!. but i need more deeper interpretation of this poem!.!. thanks in advance!Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is a metaphorical poem, and the interpretations are manifold!. This is the kind of poem that allows the reader to get out of it what they brought into it!. For example:
1!. Since the hammer is what makes a carpenter (they can't be one without it), the loss of the hammer's head with all else "shattered" can be interpreted to mean that the very thing that defined a person, what talent, skill, passion, etc!. that made that person who they were, is gone, probably due to an error in judgment!. With this loss, all that they could have done with what they had is wasted and mourns the loss of what was lost!.
2!. The concept of a hammer losing its head is often equivalent to the loss of "will", and "shattered" can refer to something tragic that happened in that person's life!. This too supports the thought that with this loss, all that might have been, the life together, the house, the land, the plans, etc!., is useless wood that will no longer serve any purpose!.
3!. Misuse of talent can sometimes result in the loss of that talent, and all those who stood in line with plans for that talent, mourn its loss!.
4!. Someone who committed suicide (lost its head) leaves a shattered body and family!. All that was planned and might have been is gone and useless!.!.!.gone the way of mourning!. And because this person is gone, either their parent no longer sings, or "they" no longer sing!.

Any of these interpretations could be valid if "you" came to the poem with a certain frame of mind!. Like an onion, sometimes these types of poems seem to have many layers!. However, they are meant to invoke a "feeling", a "sense" of something that transcends any specific meaning, but bring to mind many parallels!.

I'm not sure who wrote this poem, but it is rather sophisticated and unless someone was very lucky to write something like this accidentally, shows a good understanding of the true nature of poetry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well since there is no listing whatsoever of this poem on the internet I assume you wrote it yourself, and you're looking for interpretation from a personal critiquing standpoint!.

The first and second stanzas both seem to claim that without a purpose that nothing can be built; that there is nowhere to turn for fulfillment!. The last line reinforces the already stated fact!.

If I'm in fact correct and you did write this, then I would simply suggest expanding upon it!. If you want it to be interpreted, you should make it more complex!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Loosing--May it be a person, or passion!.!.!.

The hammer has lost its head, its other end
so either partner or feeling for such!.

The wood left is useless and left to mourn
for what carpenter is good without his tools!?

and so he is left without passion and so his weapons/tools weep!.!.!.

Dont know its all perception I suppose!.
