Whoa! A "sestina" is a poem of six 6-line stanzas followed by a 3-line stanza (called a "tercet")! You have four lines!.!.!.that's about 35 lines short!

Suggestion: Since rhyming is not required in a sestina (only the repetition of last words in subsequent stanzas), I recommend you "google" the word "sestina" again and follow the pattern provided!. Because rhyming is not required, you should be able to quite easily write down a total of 39 lines with the required repetition!.!.!.just write down the last words of each line and give them numbers!.!.!.like this:
1!. Sky
2!. Feathers
3!. Dive
4!. Withers

Write down two more lines, then add those words to the list!. Then write the next five stanzas and the final tercet according to the following pattern (which symbolizes where those final words must land in each stanza's line)!.

First stanza, 1- 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6
Second stanza, 6 - 1 - 5 - 2 - 4 - 3
Third stanza, 3 - 6 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 5
Fourth stanza, 5 - 3 - 2 - 6 - 1 - 4
Fifth stanza, 4 - 5 - 1 - 3 - 6 - 2
Sixth stanza, 2 - 4 - 6 - 5 - 3 - 1
Concluding tercet:
middle of first line - 2, end of first line - 5
middle of second line - 4, end of second line - 3
middle if third line - 6, end of third line - 1

It's not all that easy, but it isn't too difficult to complete if you just start writing!. So you know, this is one of the most difficult forms in which to write poetry!.!.!.so don't feel like it's only difficult for you!.!.!.it isn't, it's hard for everyone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
