Just a girl and her dog
Side by side
Walking along the beaten road
The sun in the sky
The wind in her hair
Just a girl and her dog
Walk alone
Not a cloud to be seen
Only the blue heavens of earth
And the sand between her toes
With an endless view of like ahead
Now the sky in pinks and grays
A warm night approaches
And still the girl and her dog
